Non-urgent messages to your school nurse in Lunna starting from 9 April

You can send non-urgent messages in Lunna to your school nurse starting from 9 April. Lunna is the new secure digital services platform in our wellbeing services county. Our nurses will reply to your messages within three weekdays.

The use of Lunna requires strong authentication with online banking codes or a mobile certificate. As a guardian, you will also be able to act on behalf of your child in Lunna if you have an authorisation, such as a Suomi.fi authorisation.

You can still contact us by phone, secure email or visit us in person during walk-in hours.

If you fall ill or need to contact the health station, you can reach out through the digital clinic in Lunna. The digital clinic is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 16.00. You can leave a message to your health station around the clock. The telephone service at your health station is available as before.

Lunna can also be used to contact the dental care services. The chat assists you with matters such as appointment booking, and non-urgent issues related to your dental care can be managed by sending non-urgent messages.
